IHG 餐饮服务主管 Food and Beverage Service Supervisor-厦门集美海景皇冠假日酒店 in Xiamen, China
JOB OVERVIEW职位概述：
• 监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况，确保高品质和一致性。
• 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责：
• 在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求；
• 在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作；
• 监督现金的处理和存放程序；
• 编制每日存款和流动资金报告；
• 制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度；
• 处理异常的付款情况；
• 监督服务设备的维护保养；
• 监督客用设施和服务的标准；
• 控制存货和监督保安成序；
• 协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作；
• 监督各项职能；
• 监督餐厅的服务；
• 和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求；
• 和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
• 完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
• 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证；
• 具有解决问题和培训的能力；
• 酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历；
• 2年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具主管经验优先考虑。
