AM - PM EMPLOYMENT LLC EHS Manager in Xenia, Ohio
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental performance across multiple U.S. locations. This is not a compliance-only role. You will operate as a strategic partner to operations, embedding safety into daily execution, strengthening leadership accountability, and driving measurable performance outcomes.

What You'll Do: Partner with Operations to Drive Results
• Work directly with site leaders to align safety initiatives with production and workforce goals
• Integrate EHS into daily operations without disrupting efficiency or throughput
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on risk, compliance, and performance
Lead Across Multiple Locations
• Support EHS performance across a multi-site U.S. footprint
• Regularly to facilities to conduct audits, coach leaders, and drive consistency
• Identify gaps and scale best practices across locations
Strengthen Safety Performance
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Drive reductions in TRIR, DART, and workers' compensation costs
• Implement proactive safety strategies that prevent incidents before they occur
Ensure Compliance Without Compromise
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
• Lead site audits, inspections, and corrective action processes
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation across all locations
Build a Culture of Accountability
• Deliver and support safety training initiatives (including HSI platform utilization)
• Develop leadership capability in safety ownership and enforcement
• Engage employees at all levels to strengthen safety awareness and participation
What You Bring
• 5--8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or field operations
• Proven success
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety systems
• Experience leading incident investigations and driving corrective actions
• Ability to influence leaders and build credibility on the shop floor
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• CSP, ASP, or OSHA 30 certification

Travel
• 10% travel across WCR locations in the United States
