? Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler – Build High‑Performance Vehicle Systems!
Are you mechanically inclined, confident with hand tools, and excited to build complex automotive-style components? Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler , where you'll help bring specialized vehicle systems to life. From precision grill builds to electrical installations and AC system testing, your craftsmanship will directly impact the quality and performance of each finished unit.
This is a hands‑on role perfect for those who enjoy problem‑solving, working from blueprints, and assembling components with accuracy and pride.
?️ What You’ll Do
Build and mount grills with precision—installing wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights
Read and interpret blueprints to construct level bumpers
Charge, test, and evacuate air‑conditioning systems per build specifications
Install and wire electrical components including lights, speakers, and sirens
Perform running tests to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems function correctly
Assist with additional tasks assigned by management to support production needs
✔️ What You Bring
Strong mechanical assembly experience
Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Capability to assemble and wire electrical components
Comfortable reading a tape measure and working in an assembly‑line environment

? Work Environment & Schedule
Temperature‑controlled facility with spacious workstations
First shift hours:
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (varies by supervisor)
Expect 45–50 hours per week
Mandatory Friday availability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
