Job Title: Truck Final Assembler | Pay: $22-23/hour
Job Description
The Truck Final Assembler completes the final build of trucks by installing decals, interior components, lighting, windshield wipers, and other finishing parts according to detailed work instructions and blueprints. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions and prints accurately, and effective collaboration within a team environment to ensure each truck meets quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform final assembly of trucks by installing decals, stickers, interior cab components, lights, windshield wipers, and other finishing parts.
Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to determine correct placement, orientation, and installation sequence of all components.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to assemble, fasten, and secure parts to the truck chassis and cab.
Inspect work during and after assembly to verify proper fit, finish, and function, ensuring all items are installed correctly and meet quality standards.
Read and interpret prints, diagrams, and written instructions to understand assembly requirements and specifications.
Work closely with team members on the production line to coordinate tasks and maintain an efficient workflow.
Prepare surfaces and parts as needed, including basic paint preparation activities that support the finishing process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety procedures and using provided personal protective equipment.
Communicate any issues, defects, or missing parts to the appropriate personnel to support timely resolution.
Support overtime and additional workdays as needed to meet production schedules.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately.
Proficiency with hand and power tools in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail to ensure correct placement and installation of all components.
Capability to work effectively in a team-based production environment.
Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.
Basic mechanical aptitude to assemble and fit parts correctly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with industrial painting or paint preparation.
Experience in automotive body work or similar assembly environments.
Familiarity with blasting or sandblasting processes.
Exposure to powder coating processes.
Previous experience in truck, automotive, or heavy equipment assembly.
Comfort working from detailed prints, diagrams, and written instructions.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with mandatory overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturday work. Team members can expect to work approximately 45–50 hours per week. The facility is temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable environment throughout the year. Work takes place in spacious areas that support safe movement and efficient assembly. You will work in a collaborative team setting, and all necessary tools and personal protective equipment are provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
