Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
In this role, candidates will be responsible for the final assembly of trucks. This involves applying the final decals, stickers, and assembling components such as the cab interior, lights, and windshield wipers. Candidates will follow detailed work instructions to ensure correct assembly and are expected to maintain attention to detail. The ability to read prints and instructions, as well as work effectively in a team setting, is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform final assembly of truck components including decals, stickers, cab interior, lights, and windshield wipers.
Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
Maintain high attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
Read and interpret prints and instructions.
Collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Essential Skills
Experience with industrial painting and auto body work.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in paint preparation, blasting, sandblasting, and powder coating.

Work Environment
The position operates on a 1st Shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 5:00am to 3:30pm, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Employees can expect to work 45-50 hours per week and occasionally on Saturdays. The work environment is temperature-controlled, spacious, and designed for team collaboration.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
