? Assembler – Truck Final Assembly (1st Shift)

We’re hiring Assemblers to handle final truck assembly , ensuring every component looks right, functions properly, and meets exact specifications.
⏰ Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Mandatory overtime on Fridays
Occasional Saturdays
45–50 hours/week
? What You’ll Be Doing
Perform final assembly on trucks , including:
Applying decals and stickers
Installing cab interior components
Mounting lights and windshield wipers
Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
Read and interpret prints and assembly instructions
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a high level of attention to detail
Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in industrial painting or auto body work
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Team‑focused mindset with dependable work habits
⭐ Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Paint prep, blasting, sandblasting, or powder coating experience
Experience in vehicle assembly, manufacturing, or fabrication

This is a Permanent position based out of Wyoming, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
