Aerotek Electrical Assembler in Wyoming, Minnesota
1st Shift Electrical Assembler (12V Technician) | Can Start Immediately!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM $22-24/hr
Overtime: Fridays as needed (45–50 hrs/week)
Join a growing team that builds fire apparatus and specialty vehicles from the ground up. We’re looking for a skilled 12V Electrical Assembler who can read diagrams, route wiring, and help bring custom equipment to life.
What You’ll Do
Route and install 12V wiring for fire apparatus using technical drawings and wire diagrams
Connect lights, hose reels, accessories, and other components into the electrical box
Fabricate mounts, boxes, and additional equipment based on blueprint specifications
Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and fellow assemblers to complete full installations
Build and assemble wire harnesses
Use basic hand tools to complete a variety of electrical and mechanical tasks
Perform additional duties assigned by management to support production needs
What You Bring
Must‑Have Skills:
Low‑voltage electrical and wiring experience
Electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice-to-Have:
Mechanical assembly experience
General production or fabrication experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
