Job Description/Requirements.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Valet Associate, is a positive, energetic, eager-to-learn teammate that provides 100% customer satisfaction. The Valet Associate is generally responsible for loading and unloading valets, cleaning valets, and using lift equipment, when necessary, to pull valets.
What You'll Do
Do the right thing when interacting between employees and/or customers by communicating and representing one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner
Demonstrates a dedication of high quality service to internal and external customers
Unload and load valets
Clean valets
Pull valets as requested
Operating lift equipment
Follow Belle Tire safety methods and policies
Maintain an organized and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
18 years of age
Valid Driver's License
Ability to read and write English
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or vocational school certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
The ability to safely lift of up to 75 pounds to chest level
Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, stretching, grabbing, reaching and any other activity normally associated with a Warehouse position and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
Work Environment
This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
