Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver automation and digitalization projects end-to-end, including requirements clarification, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.

• Act as the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, align technical solutions, and ensure project objectives are met.

• Manage and coach a technical team of at least 5–6 engineers, including task planning, progress tracking, performance guidance, and capability development.

• Drive project execution with strong ownership, ensuring quality, timeline, and delivery commitments across the full project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, operations, IT) to support modern manufacturing transformation initiatives in production environments.

• Review system architecture and technical solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs.

• Promote best practices in software development, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
推动软件开发、技术文档、测试及持续改进等方面的最佳实践。
• Support innovation initiatives such as digital twin solutions or advanced factory modern manufacturing projects.
• 支持数字孪生解决方案或先进工厂智能制造相关的创新项目。
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields.
软件工程、计算机科学、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 5+ years of software development experience, with solid hands-on experience in automation or digitalization project delivery.
5 年及以上软件开发经验，具备扎实的自动化或数字化项目交付实践经验。
• Proven experience independently leading customer requirement discussions and managing full project lifecycles.
具备独立主导客户需求沟通并完整管理项目全生命周期的经验。
• Experience in technical team leadership or people management, with the ability to guide and motivate engineering teams.
具备技术团队管理或人员管理经验，能够有效指导并激励工程师团队。
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力，能够在跨职能及多元文化环境中高效协作。
• Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages or frameworks, such as C#, .NET, Java, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
精通一种或多种主流编程语言或框架（如 C#、.NET、Java 等），并具备快速学习新技术的能力。
• Solid experience with common databases, such as MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.
具备常用数据库（如 MySQL、SQL Server 等）的扎实使用经验。
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, such as Vue, React, or AngularJS.
熟悉主流前端框架，如 Vue、React 或 AngularJS。
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing or production factory environments is highly preferred.
有制造业或生产型工厂环境下项目交付经验者优先。
• Experience with digital twin solutions or similar advanced industrial digitalization projects is a strong plus.
具备数字孪生或其他先进工业数字化项目经验者尤佳。
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
具备良好的英语读写及口语沟通能力。
Additional Information
• The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
