Job Summary

The Human Resources Technology Specialist is responsible for designing, optimizing, and sustaining scalable HR processes through technology, data, and automation.

This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate HR needs into efficient system solutions, drive process simplification, and improve data quality, user experience, and operational effectiveness across the employee lifecycle. The position plays a key role in enabling HR to move from transactional support to value-added, solution-oriented delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR systems to ensure alignment with business and HR needs.

  • Partner with IT and vendors on system upgrades, integrations, testing, and enhancements.

  • Analyze existing HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and redesign workflows using engineering and Lean-thinking principles.

  • Provide operational support, issue resolution, standard operating procedures, training materials and continuous improvement for HR technology users.

  • Support change management activities related to HR technology and process changes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field.

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates without prior HR experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems and design practical solutions.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools or platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, or similar).

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments (HR, IT, business).

  • Clear communicator who can bridge HR needs and technical solutions.

  • Curious, proactive, and open to innovation.

  • Experience or exposure to project coordination or project management is preferred.
