一岗位需求
• 负责全国策略在两湖和江西三省的落地执行，结合区域特点进行差异化优化
• 推动 HCM 诊疗生态建设，包括核心医院、专家网络及患者路径管理
• 深度管理区域 RKOL，提升学术合作质量与影响力
• 支持重点医院准入及跨科室协同（心内、超声等）
• 基于客户分层，推动目标客户的有效覆盖与学术转化
• 通过数据分析与 QBR 机制，持续评估区域表现并推动改进

二、任职资格
• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或生命科学相关专业优先
• 5–8 年及以上医药行业经验，其中至少 2–3 年市场或DM相关经验
• 有心血管、慢病或创新药领域经验者优先
• 熟悉新品上市流程及区域市场运作模式
• 具备良好的策略理解能力与执行落地能力
• 具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力与项目管理能力
• 能适应区域内出差
