Support of all global R&D teams in realization of standardizing and automatization
Coordination of all operative tasks in configuration management
Continuous improvement of the global configuration management strategy
Transfer and implementation of proved methods into configuration management, system engineering, problem- and

change management

Training and coaching of the project teams in relevant processes, methods and CM systems
Professional application of existing CM systems (ALM – PTC Integrity, PLM – Windchill und ERP – SAP)
Identification and definition of internal and external configuration management items
Definition, generation and continuous improvement of configuration management plans
Creation of regular reporting, conduction of CM audits, reviews and assessments
Assuring records of configurations relations and it’s variants + provision of information about the status
Provision and continuous improvement of monitoring- & reporting-systems on CM system level to track and

monitor progress in the projects

Quality assurance of the mentioned processes and with these the related configurations, in particular under consideration of valid standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949 etc. and maturity models like Automotive SPICE
