Your Responsibilities:

1) Project Leadership

• Project planning and initiation

• Operational project management, including project reporting and stakeholder management

• Project communication and presentation

2) Project Work

• Subject-matter work within projects

• Analysis

• Concept development

• Solution implementation

3) Development of New Project Ideas and Proposals

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification

• Certified project management qualification is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in operational controlling or accounting functions

• Extensive experience in project management within complex organizational environments

• Several years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience

• Broad experience in international collaboration within cross-functional teams

• Experience in IT projects, particularly in agile environments, is an advantage

• Independent, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused working style, even under time pressure

• High level of commitment, resilience, and willingness to embrace change

• Curiosity for new topics and a strong commitment to continuous learning

• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and explain them clearly and transparently

• Decision-making capability

• Persuasive and assertive team player

• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage

• Confident presence in presentations

• Broad, hands-on controlling expertise across various areas, e.g., investment controlling, operational controlling in R&D, MSC, and Commercial Operations

• Accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS

• Knowledge of financial systems

• Advanced Excel skills

• Working knowledge of SAP Finance (advanced knowledge is an advantage)

• Working knowledge of planning software, e.g., Anaplan

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
