C.H. Robinson Logistics Representative (Oil & Gas Experience) in Wroclaw, Poland
C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Representative with experience in the Oil & Gas sector to join our RMS team in Wroclaw.
In this role, you will support daily transportation activities, maintain accurate supply chain data, and build strong relationships with our customers and carriers. You will also help identify process improvements and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts
Manage day‑to‑day transportation needs and coordinate shipment execution
Monitor shipments, handle exceptions, and follow up on any delays or issues
Work with carriers to resolve service failures
Identify opportunities for cost savings (routing improvements, consolidations, lead times, etc.)
Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Achieve operational KPIs for quality and productivity
Review and reconcile weekly financial reports
Run and improve reports related to daily shipment activities
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects
Process customer updates and communicate changes to carriers (e.g., appointment updates)
Collect, organize, and distribute operational information to internal teams
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations in Europe
Background in the Oil & Gas industry is a strong advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience coordinating shipments and handling exceptions
Understanding of logistics documentation, data accuracy, and compliance
Ability to work with logistics systems and dashboards (TMS, SAP or similar)
High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
