Kuehne+Nagel DevOps Engineer in Wroclaw, Poland

As a Global Air Logistics IS DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with development teams to build and maintain modern cloud-native platforms using AWS and OpenShift. Following the principle “You build it, you run it,” you will enable teams to take ownership of their applications while implementing automation, monitoring, and best practices that ensure stable and efficient operations.

How you create impact

  • Support development teams in building, deploying, and operating their applications.

  • Design and implement strategies for automation and continuous delivery.

  • Improve system stability, performance, and reliability through monitoring and alerting solutions.

  • Build and manage cloud-native applications in AWS and container platforms like OpenShift/Kubernetes.

  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resources.

  • Estimate infrastructure and operational requirements for new features.

  • Promote DevOps best practices and guide teams on operational models.

  • Maintain and improve technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

What we would like you to bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CodePipeline.

  • Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Sentry).

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).

  • Understanding of agile software development processes and automation practices.

  • Proactive mindset with strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
