Opis stanowiska:
Monitor and support the team’s performance
Ensure accuracy and compliance in daily team’s tasks
Interact with internal customers
Support team leaders in work prioritization
Regular reviews with manager on people development, participation in Employee appraisal process
Manage employee work time (vacation, work time reports)
Financial control of the department costs
Shift according to the weekly plan: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
We expect from applicants:
PM/night shift – working hours 16:00/18:00-00:00/2:00
At least 6 months experience in a team management
Fluent English (Italian/French will be considered an asset)
Ability to make decisions under time pressure
Strong analytical skills
Good MS Office skills: particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Flexibility to work during weekends upon request
At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
