Where You’ll Work (Location)
This is an On-Site Position
Primary site: Wrightstown, WI
Occasional Local Travel to: Neenah, Menasha, Hartford (light travel to collaborate with hiring managers and stay close to the action across plants)

The Role: Own the Talent Pipeline
This isn’t transactional recruiting—this is end-to-end talent ownership across high-volume and in some cases, hard-to-fill roles in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will:
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, production-driven settings
Lead full-cycle recruiting across hourly, skilled trades, technical, and salaried ops roles—fueling talent across multiple plants and regions
Drive high-volume hiring and advanced sourcing plays to win in competitive labor markets and secure diverse, production-ready talent
Partner directly with site and regional leadership to align hiring with operational demand, capacity, and growth targets
Build and launch targeted recruiting campaigns that generate pipeline and improve speed-to-fill
Coach hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and hiring best practices to elevate decision-making and reduce cycle time
Mentor Recruiting Specialists—ensuring process consistency, compliance, and a best-in-class candidate experience across all sites
Collaborate with HR and operations to deliver seamless onboarding that gets new hires ramped quickly and effectively
Leverage ATS and recruiting tech to drive efficiency, visibility, and data-backed reporting
Develop community partnerships and workforce pipelines to strengthen long-term talent flow
Track and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, funnel health) to continuously improve talent acquisition strategy
Jump in on additional priorities as business needs evolve

What You Bring (Qualifications and Experience)
Bachelor’s in HR, OD, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years recruiting experience; 3+ years in manufacturing or agency required
SHRM certification (preferred)
Proven track record in high-volume + skilled trade recruiting
Strong tenure—consistent career progression
Tech-savvy: MS Office, ATS systems, reporting tools
High discretion with confidential information
Elite time management + prioritization in a multi-site environment
Confident communicator—able to influence from plant floor to leadership
