Our client is seeking a dedicated Cook Helper to join their team. As a Cook Helper, you will be an essential part of the culinary team supporting food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Cook Helper
Location: Wrightstown, NJ
Pay Range: $21.02
Shift: Am : 4:30am - 12:15pm PM: 11:45am - 7pm
What's the Job?
Procure items from storeroom or refrigerator as needed to support kitchen operations
Assist in food preparation and seasoning of various cuts of meat, poultry, and fish
Make gravies, soups, sauces, rolls, and other culinary items
Clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces to ensure safety and hygiene
Support other tasks as needed to maintain efficient kitchen workflow
What's Needed?
Some experience working with food
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
