Epsilon C5I is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst II to support mission-critical intelligence operations for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This role supports the analysis, exploitation, and reporting of signals intelligence to enable operational and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to learn complex intelligence systems and methodologies within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform SIGINT analysis and reporting in support of national security missions.

  • Assist in the collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED) of SIGINT data.

  • Support analysis of communications, emitter characteristics, and associated metadata.

  • Conduct basic signal analysis and pattern-of-life assessments using available analytic tools.

  • Develop and maintain intelligence products and reports for operational customers.

  • Support senior analysts with target development and analytic tradecraft.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, adversary capabilities, and signals environments.

  • Document analytic methodologies and contribute to mission knowledge bases.

Required Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, two years of college or technical training.

  • 5-8 years' experience in intelligence analysis or related technical field.

  • Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access or the ability to obtain.

  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of RF signals, communications systems, and emitter characteristics.

  • Perform target development and network analysis of adversary communications and signal activity.

  • Produce and review high-confidence intelligence reports and analytic assessments.

  • Familiarity with SIGINT fundamentals and intelligence cycle concepts.

  • Ability to work in a classified operational environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IC analytic tools or intelligence databases.

  • Basic knowledge of:

    • RF systems

    • Communications protocols

    • Digital signal processing

  • Military SIGINT experience (35N, 1N2, 1N4, CT, etc.).

  • Exposure to Python, MATLAB, or data analysis tools.
