May Harvest apples, other tree fruit and small fruit using a ladder and picking equipment, lifting approximately forty pounds while ascending and descending a ladder on a sustained basis. Must be able to identify mature fruits and not squeeze or bruise them. Must also perform other harvest related tasks, such as hoeing and hand weeding, planting, and picking vegetables. One month experience in work listed required.
Requirements:
* 1 Month Experience in Duties Listed
* Lifting Requirement 50 lbs.
* Exposure to Extreme Temperatures
* Extensive Pushing or Pulling
* Extensive Sitting or Walking
* Frequent Stooping or Bending Over
* Repetitive Movements
Additional Information: Exposure to outdoor climate / temperatures of summer in MA, including high heat and humidity.
