Position: Farm Worker
Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) months of verifiable experience required.
-Workers must be able to obtain their driver's license within 30-90 days of hire.
-Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
-Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 50lbs.
-Work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to hot and humid conditions
-No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
-Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
-We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination.
-Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.

Job Description:
-Making feed, feeding, watering, herding, castrating, branding, weighing, catching and loading
cattle.
-Examining animals to detect diseases, injuries and ensure that they are in optimal health.
-Assisting in birthing, administering medications, vaccinations or insecticides.
- Assist with loading and offloading of cattle on or off trucks.
-Continuous inspection of fences.
-General maintenance of fences and doing repairs where needed.
-General farm duties associated with cattle care.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 48hrs per week.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 02/15/2026 to 12/15/2026.
