Position: Agricultural Equipment Operator
Requirements: Drivers license in 30 days. Clean driving record required.
Job Description: Prepare the soil and till the ground. Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, fertilize, harvest and haul alfalfa, corn, popcorn, kidney bean, pea, perennial grass and oat crops. Maintain and repair irrigation systems. General farm maintenance duties such as servicing/repairing equipment, basic facility upkeep and shop work
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 50hrs per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-6:00pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 03/01/2026 to 12/31/2026

Pay: $16.28
Effective 1/1/25: Overtime must be paid after 48 hours/week, or 56 hours/week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers
