Position: Ag. Equipment Operator

Requirements: Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive sitting or walking, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid regular drivers license, and at least 3 months of relevant experience.

Job Description:

We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, wheat, oats, beans, sorghum, millet, and alfalfa production season. Employees will perform all duties related to raising these crops, including preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting

activities; fertilizing and spraying crops, including applying fertilizer or pesticide solutions using hand sprayers; installing, maintaining, and repairing pivot irrigation systems; loading and unloading crops or materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks; loading hoppers, containers, or conveyors using forklifts, augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks; guiding products on conveyors to regulate flow and removing diseased or rotten products; manipulating controls to set, activate, and adjust

equipment mechanisms; observing and listening to machinery during operation to detect malfunctions; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; inspecting, adjusting, and completing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; performing maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems; recording agricultural data as required; and completing routine repairs and maintenance on all equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity,

and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that

are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 65 hrs per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 10 hours on Saturday

Anticipated Period of Employment: 4/1/26 to 11/30/26
