United Prairie Bank is hiring a Financial Assistant in our Worthington location. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Worthington, MN

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for providing high quality support to the Financial Advisor. Your responsibilities may include phone calls, preparing new account and service paperwork, managing multiple computer systems, providing customer service both in person and over the phone, facilitating and resolving client requests, scheduling client meetings, and generating and mailing correspondence.

The expectation is that you will obtain the necessary licensing to advance to a Junior Financial Advisor.

Hourly Compensation Range: $22.37-$33.62

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)

  • 1 year of experience in a financial office environment

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

  • Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
