Lead with Impact as a Sr. Project Manager I – Drive Excellence in Project Leadership

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking aSr. Project Manager Ito join ourAsset Management TeamworkingremotelyinIreland. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a measurable impact while mentoring others and developing new business.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all aspects of asset management project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures

• Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas

• Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team

• Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents

• Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards

• Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field required

• Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required

• Consulting industry experience preferred

• Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation

• Strong background in client relationship management and responsive communication

• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem-solving skills

• Strong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversight

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven collaboration experience

• Proven success as a leader—strategic, technically astute, and client-focused

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the company

• Ability to travel as needed

• PMP certification, Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional license preferred
