What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of asset management project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures
Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas
Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team
Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents
Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards
Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field required
Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required
Consulting industry experience preferred
Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation
Strong background in client relationship management and responsive communication
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Strong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven collaboration experience
Proven success as a leader—strategic, technically astute, and client-focused
Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the company
Ability to travel as needed
PMP certification, Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional license preferred
