Position Summary
Senior Analyst, Project Management for the Medicaid Provider Data Services team at CVS Health Aetna supports project management activities while ensuring provider data integrity across network and non network providers. This role partners with business leaders and cross functional teams to deliver effective communication, process improvements, and data driven insights that support accurate reimbursement, member access, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide project management support across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to support leadership, project objectives, and cross functional business areas.
Identify and contribute process improvement, change management, and design thinking solutions to support an evolving business model.
Perform inventory and production data mining, monitoring, and control to support operational performance and decision making.
Develop and deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business needs.
Maintain provider data integrity, including demographic and contractual information, for all network and non network providers.
Ensure provider information is accurately recorded and maintained to support proper reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and member access, including directory accuracy.
Establish and maintain standards for database integrity, corrective actions, and data alignment, and coordinate communication with partner teams to implement database improvements.
Provide manual support for provider data transactions that cannot be processed automatically due to system limitations or data integrity issues.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of project management experience or project management related responsibilities within a role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, including data analysis, report creation, and pivot tables.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Provider Data Services and provider network operations.
Familiarity with QNXT systems.
Experience with Medicaid state implementations related to provider requirements.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently.
Strong reporting, data analysis, and problem solving skills.
Experience with process improvement, documentation, change management, and design thinking methodologies.
Ability to prioritize and balance workloads to meet turnaround time and quality performance metrics.
Completion of project management related coursework or professional development.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
