Position Summary
The Instructional Technology team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Project Management who will design and support multimedia learning solutions, including SharePoint, eLearning, video, and onboarding resources. The team leads needs analysis, manages web‑based training projects, and partners with trainers and business stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable, and branded learning experiences.
Define and manage web‑based training projects using needs analysis and effective project management practices.
Lead and support complex, multi‑module WBT and multimedia solutions in partnership with business stakeholders and trainers.
Maintain learning platforms and digital presence, including LMS programming coordination and SharePoint management.
Gather feedback, manage content standards and retention practices, and ensure alignment with MeriTrain brand standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience working with-
SharePoint design and administration.
Articulate Storyline 2 and Camtasia.
Producing voice‑over recordings and video editing.
Graphic design and visual content creation.
Applying project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience with Rise decks.
Experience with OneNote and other Microsoft office suite products.
Experience consulting on learning programs.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
