The Senior Analyst (Program Manager) at CVS Health Ventures is a highly cross-functional role that supports the program management of strategic opportunities and external equity partnerships that advance CVS Health’s financial, product, and customer experience objectives.
This individual will provide operational support to CVS Health Ventures’ portfolio of partnership-linked equity arrangements. The role is responsible for ensuring disciplined lifecycle management, governance rigor, and cross-functional execution across structured investments.
This is not a traditional investing role. It is a high-visibility enterprise coordination role requiring strong financial acumen, process ownership, and executive communication capability. The Program Manager will support central integration across Ventures, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Business Units to ensure flawless execution and oversight of structured equity positions.

Core Responsibilities:
Portfolio Company Support:
Proactively monitor key terms, critical dates, and decision points to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation across the portfolio
Maintain a centralized system of record capturing key terms, ownership positions, milestones, and critical dates
Synthesize data-driven insights from analysis into clear, executive / investment committee materials
Pipeline Management:
Organize and help manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and existing relationships, including tracking status, documentation, and key insights
Coordinate cross-functionally to share relevant pipeline insights across Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Business Units
Standardize processes for documentation, reporting, and internal approvals to support disciplined execution across pipeline phases
Capital Markets Relationship Development:
Support capital markets and co-investment relationships by managing external communications, planning events, and facilitating recurring touchpoints
Assist with business team engagement to build relationships and gain insight into strategic priorities and roadmap, identifying capital markets insights to address business needs
Process Improvement:
Contribute to scaling and refining internal tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the platform
Project management of administrative and operational processes (e.g., CRM, documentation, reporting) in coordination with other parts of the team
Administrative Support and Travel:
Support administrative functions such as organizing meetings/events, coordinating logistics, and managing related communications
10-15% travel expected
Required Qualifications :
2-4 years of professional experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with financial, legal, or business development components
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication skills
Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity across multiple stakeholders
Proven collaborative work style in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Legal, Treasury, or Accounting teams on structured transactions
Exposure to venture capital, corporate venture, investment operations, or capital markets
Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare technology markets
Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and financial reporting requirements
Demonstrated ability to interpret legal agreements and translate them into operational action plans
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$64,890.00 - $173,040.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
