Position Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join the Platform and Personalization Portfolio, where we’re focused on improving how Aetna members engage with and manage their care.
This role supports the Care Path core release train, which powers personalized, condition‑specific experiences that help members navigate complex medical journeys. Care Paths bring together enriched condition‑relevant information so members can better understand their condition and benefits, track care and administrative updates, and receive tailored program and benefit recommendations, all in one place.
In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver key components of the digital member experience. You’ll work closely with partners across product, design, engineering, data, and operations to define solutions that address real member needs today while setting the foundation for what’s next.
Key Responsibilities
Help shape the overall direction for Care Paths by contributing to the long‑term vision and roadmap while balancing member value, scalability, and business priorities.
Work closely with partners across product portfolios, digital channels, and operations to ensure Care Path capabilities align to enterprise initiatives and fit cleanly into the broader ecosystem.
Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design/content, data science, and provider data partners from early discovery through delivery, with a strong focus on shared ownership and outcomes.
Drive personalization and experience improvements by grounding product decisions in member data, research, and analytics, and working with partners to translate insights into actionable solutions.
Enable consistent delivery at scale by defining shared Care Path capabilities and turning product strategy into executable work within a SAFe/Agile environment.
Proactively manage dependencies, technical constraints, and delivery risks, making thoughtful tradeoffs to keep work moving and protect the highest‑value outcomes.
Define what success looks like by establishing meaningful KPIs, reviewing performance regularly, and using insights to continuously improve Care Path experiences.
Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders, building alignment across clinical, operational, and business partners.
Stay connected to the evolving digital health landscape, monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations to inform the future direction of Care Paths and whole‑person care.
