Position Summary

Conducts in-depth analysis of program data, metrics, and performance indicators by identifying trends, patterns, and insights to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Assists in the planning and development of programs and initiatives through contributing to the design and implementation of program structures, processes, and timelines. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, gathers feedback, and fosters collaboration. Identifies and assesses risks associated with program implementation by monitoring and evaluating risk factors throughout the program lifecycle and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed. Manages program-related data and documentation by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Recommends and implements changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Develops and implements monitoring and evaluation plans to assess program outcomes and impact. Provides guidance and support to junior analysts and team members by fostering a learning culture and contributing to professional development within the program management team.

Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and

within budgeted costs. At the higher levels, incumbents manage large multifaceted projects; at lower levels, incumbents may be concerned with clearly identifiable elements or functions within a larger project.

  • Drive progress across key milestones and develop value-based metrics to measure outcomes.

  • Cultivate deep subject matter expertise and promote a results-driven mindset.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to standardized program management processes and best practices.

  • Lead use cases within the clinical product innovation portfolio and initiatives.

  • Manage innovation scope through all stages including ideation, solution development, pilot, and scaling.

  • Evaluate new concepts, emerging innovation trends, and clinical operations benchmarking.

  • Foster a culture that accelerates strategy through Heart At Work Behaviors.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, including experience preparing documents and presenting to senior leaders.

  • Proven ability to adapt to change and align with evolving priorities.

  • Analytical & Organizational Skills for managing intake workflows, data tracking, and performance metrics.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook etc).

Preferred Qualifications

  • UtilizationManagementand/orCaseManagementexperiencepreferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualifications or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
