Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient management of team workflows and business processes. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities within the ticketing and reporting pipelines, maintaining smooth task assignments, and supporting team performance through structured communication and follow‑up.
Key responsibilities include assigning and opening tickets, monitoring and completing BAM workstation closure tasks, and supporting reporting needs that do not require SQL development. The Project Coordinator will also prepare and distribute priority work communications, track responses, and assist in organizing clear, timely reporting for leadership and stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in enabling technical team members to focus on high‑value work by owning and driving consistency across administrative and process‑focused functions.
Required Qualifications
Experience working in ticketing or workflow management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools , particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills , including the ability to follow up professionally and track responses.
High attention to detail , especially when processing tickets, documentation, or reporting tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting reporting processes , dashboards, or operational metrics (no SQL required).
Familiarity with business analytics, operations, or technical support environments .
Experience coordinating tasks between technical and non‑technical stakeholders .
Prior experience drafting or distributing teamwide or priority communications.
Comfort identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to workflows or reporting routines.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
