Job Description:
Physical Therapist – Home Health
Coverage Area: In and around Worcester, MA
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Guaranteed Annual Salary: $95,000-$115,000

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design individualized care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress
Act as a resource and promote physical therapy in the community
Work in a physically demanding, high-energy environment
What We Require
Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
Current, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Ability to travel within Worcester and surrounding areas (50% travel)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform full range of body motion

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.
