Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Job Description

A Facilities Coordinator is needed to join the team in Worcester. This role involves working closely with technician teams to ensure that inventory is stocked and the vans are ready for deployment. The position requires a deep understanding of the repair processes for garage doors to effectively support technicians. Communication with both clients and service team members is essential, especially when coordinating parts and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technician teams to maintain inventory and prepare vans for service calls.

  • Assist in understanding and supporting garage door repair processes.

  • Communicate effectively on the phone with clients and service team members regarding parts and repairs.

  • Ensure the warehouse is stocked with necessary parts for repairs.

  • Potential to transition to a technician role with further training and initiative.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
