Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery in a small, modern facility. This role requires a balance of mechanical and electrical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of CNC and robotic equipment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair industrial machinery with a 50/50 focus on mechanical and electrical aspects.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on CNC and robotic equipment.
Read blueprints to specifications and utilize both mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Utilize hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
Perform facilities maintenance as needed.
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as equipment installation.
Handle electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repairs, building and machinery maintenance, and fabrication.
Ensure adherence to Quality System requirements.
Be flexible with working hours, including overtime, holidays, and different shifts as required.
Essential Skills
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Dependability and safety orientation.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and service.
Experience with PLC control, CNC machines, and 3-phase electrical systems.
Ability to read blueprints.
At least 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and 480v electrical systems.
Must have a GED or diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience with CNC machines.
Experience in a precision automotive supply environment is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
