Position Title:

Complex General Manager

CANDIDATE IDENTIFIED

Pay Rate :

$167,900 - $223,800

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual and long-term incentive plans.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Accountable for profit and loss of two or more facilities. Manufacturing, including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics

  • Position reports to the NA Packaging Solutions General Manager and manages a direct staff including Site Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Complex Controller, and Sales Manager.

  • Sales, including local sales, customer service, and partnering with region sales manager to establish and meet facility sales goals, identifying and targeting market segments, deploying division pricing strategy

  • Strategic Planning, including business, marketing and capital planning processes

  • Human Resources, including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting and hiring, employee and leadership development and employee labor relations

  • Financial Management, including establishing and managing budgets and compliance with financial controls

  • Environmental, health and safety, including company policy and laws, state and federal regulations

The Skills You Will Bring:
