About You
You're equal parts e-commerce operator and deal-closing dynamo. One minute you're perfecting product listings and tracking conversion rates on Shopify, the next you're at an expo stand chatting to buyers and turning leads into orders. You love ownership, take pride in the details, and care about the numbers because you know how to move them.
Commercially sharp and hands-on, you get a kick out of clean stock sheets, smooth order flows, and brands that visibly grow under your watch. You don't just talk strategy, you execute it, on-site, online, and everywhere in between.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Brand Site Management
Own and manage the in-house brand ecommerce sites (Shopify)
Ensure sites are always live, accurate, and trading optimally
Upload and maintain products, pricing, content, and campaigns with 100 percent accuracy
Monitor site performance, sales, and conversion trends
Handle backend processes including payments and order flow
Run basic reporting and insights to guide decisions
Trade Shows & Exhibitions
Attend and represent the brands at Decorex, SARCDA, and relevant industry exhibitions
Set up, manage, and operate exhibition stalls
Implement and manage systems or bots where relevant to capture leads and orders
Engage directly with retailers, buyers, and partners
Follow up post-expo to convert leads into B2B orders
B2B Sales & Order Management
Manage incoming B2B enquiries and orders end-to-end
Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and trade customers
Price and process B2B orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate stock availability and delivery timelines
Identify opportunities to grow the B2B channel
Stock & Supplier Management
Place and manage production orders with suppliers
Ensure stock is replenished timeously and kept at optimal levels
Monitor packaging requirements and place orders when needed
Resolve stock discrepancies and support stock control processes
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth dispatch and fulfilment
Marketing & Growth Support
Translate brand positioning into practical, executable actions
Support sales campaigns and product pushes across channels
Monitor competitors, trends, and market shifts
Identify practical growth opportunities rather than theoretical ideas
Use data and insights to guide decisions
Reporting
Provide regular updates to management covering:
Sales performance
Stock and operational status
B2B growth
Product and range performance
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in ecommerce or brand management
Strong understanding of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
Experience handling stock
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and trade buyers
Strong admin and organisational skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and growth
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with high accountability and energy
Willingness to attend exhibitions and events as required
