Robert Half Executive Business Partner in Woodside, California
Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to join our team in Woodside, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to support senior executives and coordinate Board of Directors activities. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience and a detail-oriented approach, along with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of Board of Directors meetings, including governance support and operational logistics.
• Engage and collaborate with a diverse group of Board members, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
• Plan and execute both formal board meetings and social events, accommodating varying personalities and detail-oriented backgrounds.
• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
• Provide comprehensive project management support, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of HR policies and employee relations strategies.
• Conduct performance management initiatives and employee relations investigations with discretion.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for board meetings and advisory groups.
• Support organizational goals by coordinating with cultural institutions, nonprofits, and creative industries when necessary.
• Provide administrative oversight for executive-level functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with Boards of Directors, including governance and operational support.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with 30+ board members from diverse sectors such as real estate, finance, and cultural industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging presence.
• Experience within nonprofit organizations, cultural institutions, or creative industries is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in HR administration, employee relations, and performance management.
