Job Description
Join Teledyne Storm Microwave and design cutting-edge RF solutions! We’re a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we’re looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Woodridge, IL. If you’re passionate about sales and thrive in a collaborative, high‑energy environment, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow and make an impact.
What you’ll do
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels and maintain service levels.
Qualify leads, manage opportunities, and support the sales cycle.
Process orders, changes, and RMAs while monitoring delivery status.
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
Communicate order updates proactively and maintain accurate CRM records.
Prepare quotes, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and support pricing and account planning with Sales and Engineering.
What you need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5+ years of B2B inside sales or customer service with technical products.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret product details.
Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
Excellent communication skills and professional customer interaction.
High attention to detail, strong time management, and problem‑solving ability.

Salary Range:
$57,100.00-$76,100.000
