EXPORT TRADE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST, SENIOR JOB SUMMARY This individual reports to the Director of Marketing & Programs, supporting contract related activities including preparation and development of contractual agreements and compliance documents. A liaison between cross function groups including marketing, finance, business development, supply chain, engineering, shipping and manufacturing to review, draft, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts and implement compliance program procedures. This includes identifying and assisting in risk management, preparing and maintaining contractual documentation, analyzing contractual terms and conditions, and supporting contractual and compliance resolution of issues. Conduct detailed analysis of existing/proposed regulation and industry practices and related contract compliance requirements, such as management of customer and government property and export requirements (ITAR and EAR), and develop & implement processes to meet these requirements.
