Sales Coordinator, Woodland Park, NJPosition OverviewThe Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in providing comprehensive support to both our sales teams and customers. This position requires the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high work volume and firm deadlines. The successful candidate will have a proven record of cultivating strong professional relationships with internal colleagues and customers. In addition to general administrative duties that enable sales teams to focus on core sales functions, proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role. This position is based on site in our Woodland Park, NJ office.Key Responsibilities• Monitor customer accounts to maintain accuracy and up-to-date records. • Facilitate the shipping process by expediting order requests as necessary. • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring all critical deadlines are consistently met. • Process sales orders on a daily basis, ensuring precise and accurate data entry. • Handle correspondence efficiently between sales teams and their customers to maintain clear communication. • Maintain accounts receivable for assigned accounts, ensuring proper follow-up and accuracy.
