Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for 1st shift Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Please tell me about your Shipping Experience.
Shipping and Receiving Opening for Woodland CA Zip Code 95695
Hours: M-F 7am – 3:30pm
Pay Range: $20.00 - $ 21.20
Position : Shipping & Receiving
Steel Toe footwear required
Background Check and Drug screen required.
Education - High School Diploma/GED
Next Step: Manager will do phone interviews.
Seeking Candidates with previous Shipping & Receiving experience for 2-4 years
Daily duties include:
Shipping & Receiving 2-4 years of experience
Computer skills to update orders in the system
Packs wrapped or packaged products into shipping containers.
Following shipping specifications.
Seals, glues, nails, labels, bands, and/or stencils shipping containers.
Ensures closure has proper protection and identification
Desired skills:
• Experience: Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably within an agricultural or R&D setting.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, compliance requirements, and customs procedures.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges and devise contingency plans for potential shipping delays.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of shipping documentation and compliance.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, inventory, and compliance.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving shipping needs in a dynamic environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.20 per hour
