Position Summary: The Project Manager Assistant will support the Project Managers in developing relationships with clientele and coordinating the daily management and success of construction projects. Essential Responsibilities: Initiate and manage the procurement and design of the project with Clients and Subcontractors and Construction Trades Implement work involved with architectural, engineering, and construction drawings; along with bid documents, and specifications Develop and sustain project schedules; while managing Construction Trades, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and material deliveries Coordinate and direct construction documents such as: permits, transmittals, submittals, AIA documents, purchase orders, change orders, RFI s and O&M s Pull permits Verify job budgets are in place for project Apply for certificates of insurance Update job folders with all project needs; RFI s, Change Orders, etc. Pull work orders Create sub-contracts for external vendors Assist Project Managers with all close-out documents, not limited to warranty letters and manuals Provide team support and assist for scheduled / unscheduled needs and unforeseen absences for additional duty's/ roles within the company With the increased cost in healthcare premiums, you'll appreciate that Medical Premiums are 100% paid for by Kraft!
