Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Full stack Java Developer (Angular and Java) to join their dynamic team. As a Full stack Developer, you will be an integral part of the Compliance Risk Technology department, supporting innovative projects that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive within our inclusive and forward-thinking organization.
**Candidates must be a true Full stack Developer focused on Angular and Java; Candidates must come from a banking background with Compliance and/or Risk Technologies experience being a huge plus.
Job Title: Full stack Java Developer (Angular / Java)
Location: Iselin, New Jersey - hybrid
In-person interviews the week of 3/2/2026 (in-person will be required)
Pay Range: 70-75/hr W2
(Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors, all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
Duration: 12+ months
What's the Job?
Develop and maintain robust UI components using Angular to deliver seamless user experiences.
Design, build, and optimize back-end Java systems to support application functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Engage in greenfield development projects focused on compliance and risk management technology.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 7 years of full stack development experience focused on both Angular and Java.
Proven experience building user interfaces with Angular framework.
Strong background in Java development, including experience with back-end systems.
Banking industry experience is required with work on Financial Compliance and/or Risk systems being a big plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
