Position Overview\ This role is responsible for generating highly qualified leads and setting appointments by engaging homeowners in targeted areas where our brand already has a strong presence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments
• Serve as a knowledgeable consultant by providing helpful product information
• Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns as directed by leadership
• RepresentRedo Cabinetswith a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
• Maintain clean, organized marketing materials at all times
• Accurately track and document canvassing activity and results
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
• Attend company meetings and training sessions as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Most importantlyhave fun and bring great energy to the team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Confident and comfortable engaging with new people
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Previous canvassing or face-to-face marketing experience preferred
