We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Maintenance team as an Equipment Performance Engineer at our Wolverhampton site.

Your Role

You will be responsible for driving the reliability, availability, and efficiency of site production assets through effective maintenance strategies, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment performance aligns with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure site production equipment is maintained using the safest, most efficient and effective methods available to maximise production uptime

• Compile solutions and preventative actions by using data compiled in the maintenance system, root cause analysis methods and tracking downtime trends

• Promote cost-effective maintenance solutions

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve ISO 55000 Asset Management standards

• Oversee planned maintenance and statutory compliance schedules, coordinating with operational teams to minimise disruption

• Drive focus and accountability for departmental KPI's including reduction in equipment downtime and 100% adherence to TPM plans

Candidate skills & requirements

What You'll Bring

• HND, HNC or degree in Engineering or a related systems-based discipline (ESSENTIAL)

• Strong background in facilities or maintenance

• Proven experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Relevant health & safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH)
