Temporary full time from 5/18/2026 to 12/18/2026 Duties of this person include but are not limited to: Starting horses (colt starting) and developing horses to be calm, happy, partners on the ground and riding. Teach horsemanship and lead trail rides working with adults and children. A very experienced rider who can handle horses of many types in various situations. Experienced in mountain trails and shares information to clients. Understands horses well to be safe and see problems before they happen. Will help with the feed and care of the horse herd. Has experience in roping and cattle work. Is a Parelli student and is prepared to pass Level 3 online and freestyle. Able to welcome and teach children. This person needs to genuinely enjoy people, being around them, visiting with them, and helping them learn. The hospitality business is about smiles and being happy and truly interested in the client, and giving them an exceptional experience. Any correction needs to be as positive as possible. A self starter that and see what needs to be done and move ahead is important. This is a team working together. 48 months experience.
