American Tower Systems Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Team
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join American Tower’s Information Technology team, whose technology solutions enable and scale global business operations. The Systems Analyst independently defines and manages functional requirements for enterprise wide, end to end solutions, translating business needs into clear, testable system functionality across multiple integrated applications. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape solutions designs, guide implementations, and improve the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of business services worldwide.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience required.
Minimum of three years of professional systems analysis or related IT experience required.
Ability to independently define and document functional requirements required.
Experience supporting end to end solutions involving multiple systems or integrations required.
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices across Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models required.
Experience defining data and interface requirements required.
Experience supporting one or more enterprise application, integration, or data platforms, such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Siterra, full stack .NET, Oracle EBS, enterprise data solutions, or business intelligence reporting tools, required.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and requirements communication skills required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Independently elicit and document functional requirements for assigned end-to-end solutions or applications.
Translate business needs into clear end to end solution requirements across multiple systems.
Define interface and data requirements, including data mappings and processing rules.
Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure consistent requirements across platforms.
Manage requirements traceability and change control across all solution components.
Review application, integration, and data flow designs for alignment with requirements.
Support testing and validation of functional and data outcomes across integrated solutions.
Contribute to implementation and post deployment validation of enterprise solutions.
Accountable for requirements decisions within assigned solutions.
Proactively escalate complex cross-domain or enterprise-wide decisions as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
