ManpowerGroup Grant Writer - Project Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts
Our client, a dynamic organization dedicated to impactful community development, is seeking a talented Grant Accountant to join their team. As a Grant Accountant, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the Grants and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage and oversee grant financial reporting and compliance requirements
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate budget tracking and allocations
Prepare detailed financial statements and grant expenditure reports
Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and budgets
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations
What's Needed?
Proven experience in grant accounting or financial management
Strong understanding of federal and private grant regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Proficiency in financial software and tracking tools
