Description
A highly successful Real Estate Investment Company located in the Woburn area is seeking an Accountant to join its growing team. The candidate would be responsible for supporting construction billing, tenant billing, lease administration review, and financial processes related to property management. This role ensures accurate accounting records, proper tenant billing, and timely processing of financial transactions for the construction company and managed properties. Experience in accounting, property management accounting preferred along with tenant billing and CAM reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and organization skills required, proficiency with Yardi is highly preferred. Requirements
AR Billing Experience
Yardi is a must.
Property management or Construction billing is a must.
Knowledge of tenant billing and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation is highly preferred.
Strong communications skills, needs to be confident answering questions directly from the owner.
Degree not required, would prefer relevant experience.
