ManpowerGroup Production Operator in Wixom, Michigan
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in fiberglass products, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line with precision and care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Wixom, MI
Pay Range:
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
What's the Job?
Fill bags with fiberglass as part of the production process
Perform duties involving lifting, using basic tools, and handling materials
Monitor machine operation and material flow to ensure productivity and quality standards
Move totes, stock bags, and manage waste by emptying trash as needed
Perform additional duties assigned by the site leader to support production goals
What's Needed?
Ability to follow verbal and written safety, quality, and production procedures
Wearing PPE such as safety toe shoes or boots; safety glasses and ear plugs provided
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including work area and equipment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Forklift experience is preferred but not required
